Privacy Policy
Glass Transit is operated by Parambhariya LLP ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit glasstransit.in or our hosted application at saravana-app-production.up.railway.app.
1. Information We Collect
We collect two categories of information:
- Analytics data — We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site. GA4 collects anonymised usage data such as pages viewed, session duration, and device type. IP addresses are anonymised and we do not receive personally identifiable information through GA4.
- Payment data — When you initiate a payment, our payment processor Razorpay collects the information necessary to complete the transaction (name, contact details, payment instrument details). We do not store card numbers or full payment credentials on our servers. We receive only a transaction confirmation from Razorpay.
We do not operate a contact form, mailing list, or user account system. We do not collect personal information through the site beyond what is described above.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To understand visitor behaviour and improve the site (GA4 analytics).
- To process development fee payments and confirm your order (Razorpay).
- To contact you regarding your development engagement, using contact details provided directly through our booking link (cal.com).
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.
3. Cookies
GA4 sets first-party analytics cookies to distinguish users and sessions. These are analytics-only cookies and do not track you across unrelated websites. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set by this site.
4. Third-Party Processors
- Google Analytics 4 — analytics platform operated by Google LLC. Data is processed under Google's privacy framework. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Razorpay Software Private Limited — payment gateway regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. See Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
- Railway (PBC) — cloud hosting provider. Your visit data passes through Railway's infrastructure. See Railway's Privacy Policy.
5. Data Retention
GA4 analytics data is retained for 14 months by default and then automatically deleted. Payment transaction records are retained by Razorpay in accordance with their policies and applicable Indian financial regulations. We retain order reference information for the period required by Indian accounting law.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. To make a request, please contact us via the founder's LinkedIn profile. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Data Security
We use HTTPS throughout the site. Payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We do not store sensitive payment data.
8. Children's Privacy
This site is directed at business professionals and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
